Return, Refund & Transfer Policy

Vision + Wellness Peak Performance Executive Retreat

Because this is a high-touch, all-inclusive, customized executive experience, significant financial commitments are made in advance on behalf of each participant (including lodging, venue, staff, med-spa services, assessments, meals, materials, and personalized programming).

Therefore, the following policy ensures both fairness and clarity:

1. All Sales Are Final

Once a registration is confirmed and payment has been made (in full or deposit), all sales are final. This is due to pre-booked venue reservations, med-spa scheduling, contracted facilitators, and customized materials prepared specifically for you.

However, we understand that C-suite schedules may shift unexpectedly, so we offer the following flexibility:

2. Deposits Are Non-Refundable

Deposits secure your spot and are non-refundable under any circumstance.
(If using a payment plan, the first installment functions as the deposit.)

3. Transfer Options (Highly Recommended Instead of Cancellation)

If you are unable to attend, you may:

✅ Option A: Transfer your registration to another qualified executive within your organization

• Must be approved by retreat staff to ensure alignment with program objectives.

• Must be completed at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date.

• No additional transfer fee.

✅ Option B: Transfer your registration to a future retreat date (one-time courtesy)

• Must be requested at least 45 days prior to the retreat start date.

• Transfer is valid for 12 months from the original retreat date.

• Future date subject to availability.

• Any price increase for future retreats will apply.

4. Late Cancellation (Less Than 30 Days Before Retreat)

Because we are responsible for non-recoverable costs within 30 days of the event (spa bookings, catering, staffing, accommodations), no refunds or transfers are permitted within 30 days of the retreat.

5. No-Shows

Participants who do not attend the retreat for any reason and do not coordinate a transfer in advance will forfeit all fees.

6. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, venue issue, public health directive), all registrations will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date or offered a credit toward a future retreat.

No refunds will be issued, as retreat costs will have already been incurred.

7. Commitment to Excellence

Our goal is to deliver an exceptional, transformative experience customized to each executive. We invest heavily in preparation, personalization, and premium services to ensure you receive the highest possible value.

This policy exists to protect the integrity of the program and the investment made on your behalf.

We understand that executive schedules are dynamic. If an unforeseen situation arises, please contact us as early as possible.
We will make every reasonable effort to support a solution within the guidelines above.
